TIME EXPIRED PYROTECHNIC DISPOSAL
Time Expired Pyrotechnics (TEP’s) also referred to as Miscellaneous Pyrotechnics (MP’s) these include Fireworks in all Categories, all types of Pyrotechnic Articles, Maritime/Distress Flares, and any other Pyrotechnic Materials that requires safe disposal. They may be no longer fit for purpose, damaged, out of date, or just no longer required.
When a Pyrotechnic expires it is automatically classified in Explosive Hazard Division 1.2 for transport and storage, regardless of its prior Hazard Division.
Brocks Fireworks Ltd has worked within the Explosive Industry, and alongside the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and the new Explosive Regulations to create a solution for the legal transportation, storage, and disposal of expired Pyrotechnics.
